Available at an additional agreed charge. Our call centre will answer your support call within a minute and our trained staff are able to remotely control your computer to help diagnose and address your challenge.


Any new system requires a learning curve and we know you’re already busy. Our support team will train and assist you, making sure you have got what you need and are able to manage your system. We appoint an account manager who you can contact through email or phone, and who will talk you through any challenges you’re facing.


Running a new system means your users may also need support. There is a built-in help desk to help you with that, but if you prefer, we can take that off your shoulders too.
