This is a very exciting prospect because it clearly is a simple, but powerful tool for use in schools, and can be extended in all kinds of ways to make it a really useful addition to the leadership and management of the school. The aim is to move the school improvement 'ownership' clearly into the hands of those who are so closely involved in delivering effective learning. We hope to also include students in this work, as their ideas are often totally inspiring and sadly often overlooked.
