We are delighted to report that the CLMS software, with the Composica authoring tool, is now deployed for the second tranche of local authorities participating in the VineEast project. This means there are now 38 local authorities in the system, and all are able to use the innovative eLearning tools and professional networking solution developed for this incredible project.
Composica forms the backbone of the eLearning authoring for the system and is a world class authoring solution available through a web browser! It's capabilities are second to none and all this without needing to download and install anything. End users are delighted with what they can now achieve with their authoring that previously seemed out of their reach.
Refinements and ideas for the software are coming thick and fast, with massively extended reporting capabilities for the end user. The system leverages Moodle 2.1 and with it's tight integration to CLMS we call the product 'TalkSpark'.
CLMS is a bespoke networking tool set designed to engage users in a social constructivist approach to learning online, using a Web 2.0 interface. It is fully configurable, able to be branded independently and yet still allows collaboration across different organisations if required.
